WSCA awards $3,000 scholarships across three cycles each year — Fall, Winter, and Summer — to culinary students active in our chapter. One application enters you in the cycle that's open now; the committee selects the recipients. The current deadline and decision dates are shown with the form below.
Before You Start Your Application, Read This!
Five quick things to have ready so you can finish in one sitting.

Confirm you're eligible
You're a current ACF member affiliated with the Washington State Chefs Association (Chapter WA013), and you're enrolled in, accepted to, or a recent graduate of a Washington culinary program.

Gather your documents — PDF, 10 MB max each
A transcript (unofficial is fine), two letters of recommendation from instructors, chefs, or supervisors (not family members), and your résumé.

Prepare your short answers
You'll write briefly and honestly about why you cook, your goals for the next 1–3 and 5–10 years, how this scholarship helps, and your ACF/WSCA involvement and community service.

Mind the deadline
Submit before the application deadline shown in Award Details. Every applicant hears back by the announcement date — whether or not they're selected.

Sign in, then submit
You apply behind a free WSCA account so your progress saves automatically — about 20–30 minutes, and you can return anytime. At the end you'll agree to three short statements and get a confirmation email with a tracking code.
