- The Washington State Chefs Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
- An official tax receipt (PDF) is emailed automatically for every gift — including each installment of a recurring gift.
- Recurring donors also receive a consolidated year-end giving statement each January for the prior tax year.
- No goods or services are provided in exchange for contributions.
