From the Bylaws:
All nominees for president shall have been a member of the ACF/WSCA for a period of three years, served as a committee chair or on the Board of Directors, and hold Chef, Pastry Chef, or Culinary Educator Professional Culinarian membership.
All nominees for other offices and Board of Directors shall have been a member of the ACF, for a period of three years and be a full voting member of the ACF/WSCA.
