Join the Washington State Chefs Association at the Emerald Queen Hotel & Casino in Fife for our annual board elections and dinner meeting. Members and the public are invited to join us at 5:30 PM for voting, and to stay for dinner.
Schedule
- 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM — Board meeting
- 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM — Voting and social time: members and the public are invited to join us
- 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM — Dinner meeting
- After 7:30 PM — Stay and try your luck on the casino floor

- Roasted beet salad with toasted walnuts, blackberries, spinach, arugula, feta and balsamic vinaigrette
