50/50 drawing supports WSCA member events
Up to 21 competitor stations; up to 4 team members each
Two tables with linen provided per competitor
Banquet kitchen available for setup as early as 2:00 PM
Judging starts as soon as all competitors are ready - 5:00 PM at the latest
Approximately 200 bites required per team
Awards: Judges' Choice, People's Choice, Best High School

Location

The annual Bite of the Apprentice is WSCA's signature culinary competition and fundraiser, hosted at Farm 12 in Puyallup. Up to 21 competitor teams present one to two-bite hors d'oeuvres in an action-station style service. Guests taste from every station and vote for People's Choice while professional judges award Judges' Choice and Best High School. Doors open at 5:30 PM and the evening runs to 8:00 PM, with a full bar offering discounted wine, beer, and well liquor. A 50/50 drawing helps fund member events just like this one.
