The annual Bite of the Apprentice is WSCA's signature culinary competition and fundraiser. Competitors present one to two-bite hors d'oeuvres in an action-station style service. Attendees vote for People's Choice while professional judges award Judges' Choice and Best High School categories. Join us from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM for an evening of culinary excellence.
