WESTERN REGIONAL CON. 2007 - CONGRATS!:
Congratulations are in order for the winners of the Baron H. Galand Culinary Knowledge Bowl, Skagit Valley College, Culinary Arts, at the recent Western ACF Regional conference in Coeur D’Alene Idaho. The Students made us very proud representing the Washington State Chefs Association. Congratulations!
Renton Tech also competed in the knowledge bowl representing our association and Renton student Kailee Eck, our chosen Jr. Culinarian, lost her competition by only 0.78 of a point!
South Seattle Community Colleges' culinary team competed in the hot food competition and earned a Silver medal! Good job SSCC!

FOOD BANK RECIPE CHALLENGE:
